At least once a day. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We want to hold space to have meaningful conversations. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We want to allow each other to be really honest about the anxiety and anything else that we might be feeling right now.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-d753fc0\" data-id=\"d753fc0\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4cce4e elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"d4cce4e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ashleycaron.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/elementor\/thumbs\/connected-p4zupovngwbc3racylagza4ssjahs0i44bb09t1r0g.jpg\" title=\"stay connected\" alt=\"stay connected\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e7a879 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9e7a879\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second way to feel more connected is to <strong>spend time connecting more deeply<\/strong> with the people you have to be with during this lockdown situation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use this time as an opportunity to <strong>go deeper. <\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talk, play games, cook, dance and do so many more things you would not have done otherwise.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23014d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"23014d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The third way to have connection during times of physical distancing is to <strong>think about what you\u2019d be doing if you weren\u2019t in this situation.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Would you be having tea with friends? Going to the movies together? Going out for lunch? <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then <strong>use technology<\/strong> to recreate a version of this.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make your favorite cup of tea and video call your best friend. It\u2019s not ideal but at least to have some variety and connection during this time.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00b75b9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00b75b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fourth way is to <strong>show kindness<\/strong> to people in your community who might need your support. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Find out If there are elderly people in your neighborhood who can\u2019t go to the grocery and offer to pick up a few things on your next trip there.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you know of anyone living alone maybe you can call them and talk to them. Find out how they\u2019re doing.
